Orders are prepared after payment confirmation. Most orders are handled within 1-3 business days. During holidays or high-volume periods, preparation may take slightly longer.

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is $4.99 for orders under $65. Orders over $65 qualify for free standard shipping when the destination is supported.

Delivery Time

Standard international delivery usually takes 7-14 business days after dispatch. Remote areas, customs checks or carrier delays can extend delivery to 15-25 business days.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send the tracking number to your order email. Tracking updates can take 24-72 hours to appear after dispatch.

Customs & Duties

Import duties, taxes or customs fees may be charged by the destination country. These fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the product price.
