Refund & Return Policy
We handle eligible returns, damaged items and incorrect orders with clear steps.

Please contact support@zentaoculture.com before sending anything back. We will confirm eligibility and provide the return instructions.
Return Window
You may contact us within 30 days of delivery for eligible returns. Items should be unused, in original condition and returned with original packaging when possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order email, photos of the item and photos of the packaging.
Return Shipping
For preference-based returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping. If we shipped the wrong item or the item arrived damaged, we will help with a replacement, refund or reasonable return solution.
Non-returnable Items
Used incense, opened tea or personal-use wellness items cannot be returned unless defective. Custom or personalized reading services are non-refundable once delivered.
Refund Timing
After an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Bank or PayPal processing time may vary.
Return Address
We provide the appropriate return address after your request is approved. Please do not send returns to any address without written confirmation from us.
